Non Twelve Step Rehab

If you’re seeking rehab, you may have heard about the traditional twelve-step program. While this program has helped many people overcome addiction, it’s not the right fit for everyone. If you’re looking for alternative treatment options, a non-twelve-step rehab program may be right for you.

Non-twelve-step rehab programs take a different approach to addiction treatment. Rather than focusing on a set of predetermined steps, these programs are tailored to the individual needs of each person. This means that you can work with your therapist to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses the underlying causes of your addiction, rather than just the symptoms.

One of the benefits of non-twelve-step rehab is that it can be more flexible and adaptable than traditional twelve-step programs. This can be especially helpful if you have a complex addiction or co-occurring mental health issues, as you can work with your therapist to develop a treatment plan that addresses all aspects of your health and well-being.

Another benefit of non-twelve-step rehab is that it often takes a more holistic approach to treatment. In addition to traditional therapies like individual counseling and group therapy, non-twelve-step rehab programs may also incorporate alternative therapies like meditation, yoga, and art therapy. This can help you develop a well-rounded approach to recovery that addresses your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

In conclusion, non-twelve-step rehab programs offer a unique and effective alternative to traditional twelve-step programs. If you’re looking for a personalized and holistic approach to addiction treatment, a non-twelve-step rehab program may be right for you. By taking the time to find the right program and work with experienced and compassionate professionals, you can start your journey towards a healthier, addiction-free life.

Stephen Carmel

Founder & CEO

I began my journey to recovery back in 2011 when I moved to California from New York.Along wiht my recovery and beginning a new way of life,I began to develop a heart for others struffling with sobriety. My journey to California was filled with many trials and lessons learned, but most of all, personal growht.I truly believe i would not have found success if I didn’t come to California.I started CPR as a way to work with people in recovery on a daily basis and it evolved into something much more beautiful. I have also come to realize that my own personal happiness and recovery depends on being involved in the lives of people in recovery. Helping others recover is a cornerstone of many 12 step programs, as it is here. Giving back to those still suffering, is the only way not to lose what you have gained. It is the paradox that we live by every day.
